Physical Accessibility Statement
The surgery has no steps and a very slight incline at our entrances which allows comfortable wheel chair access. There are manual double doors to all entrances and reception/waiting areas which may require some assistance for wheel chair users and practice staff will help if necessary. We have a wheel chair accessible lift, however all appointments will be offered on the ground floor only.
There is a hearing loop system in reception for patients with hearing problems.
All premises have a disabled toilet.
There is a dedicated car park for use by patients which has a clearly marked disabled parking bay. We have a dedicated staff only car park.
